little post for those who dont know how to make a browser build for their games in turbowarp (in the article below)

doing this so i dont have to explain it to people in their shouts or comments, lol.


load into the packager. we will use najjg 1 r as the game for this example

put all of the options you want, and when you're done, you should be here

by default, it says plain HTML will be the download environment. this is NOT wanted.

click on "zip (ideal for websites)" instead. this is the second most crucial part to this process.

now do whatever (preview or edit settings, etc.) and package the game.

now you should go to your gamejolt gamepage, or make one if you havent. click on the 3 dots (next to "followers" or "trophies" if you have any trophies for the game.) and click manage game.

you should now see this screen. click on "packages".

make a new package, edit it, whatever, until you get to this screen.

click "upload browser build" and upload the zip file you just downloaded. WOW! it works! except it doesnt silly we arent done yet, theres no aspect ratio!!!

click on the width and height sections and pay attention to this next part, it is EXTREMELY important!
for 480 x 360 games (the default scratch proportions), ALWAYS set your games width and height to 1000 x 750. do NOT mess this up. for 640 x 360 games (typical widescreen games), you can simply set the aspect ratio to 1080 x 720, aka the average monitor / laptop screen dimensions. once thats done, press "save build".

then, press publish, or shedule the release if you want. after this, you're done!
