ANALYZING @BOXZEE 'S DRAWINGS
DISCLAIMER : Nothing I'm gonna say or explain it's confirmed by her, take in count this all is just a theory
Look at this drawing and take in count four points
β Red lights
β Unfazed face (for now)
β Bloody hands
β Title of the drawing
RED LIGHTS / UNFAZED FACE : Used normally when someone is panicking, in danger or just a sudden action. His unfazed face doesn't tell us he's panicking but he does look like he's staring at some ghost, what we could take as βIt was more worse than I thoughtβ or βI didn't expected to go this farβ but as I already said earlier - there's not sign of remorse or guilt (for now), it was all on purpose and with him thinking at least what was he doing.
Bloody hands / Title : The bloody hands and the title says a lot about the drawing, the blood it's not his but from some refered as "her" who everyone says that is his wife and it's confirmed by Boxzee in the next drawing.
"Even if you didn't do the dirty work, her blood is still on your hands." - That's the title saying that he didn't do the dirty work of killing her, this drawing just shows that it's his fault for her death but doesn't shows who's the one who did it. However ... in the next drawing it shows who is the one that killed her and how she died.
β Unknown hand
β Dialogues
β Sylvia's reflection
β Title
β Blood
Unknown hand / Dialogues / Sylvia's reflection / Title : Anyone could be there holding the gun but since in the dialogues says βDaddy, will I hurt mommy..?β meaning that it's Steve - the son of they both. Dad = Vincent, Mom = Sylvia, Son = Steve. The reflection says it all, is Sylvia + the person holding the gun refers to her as "mommy" so it should be Steve, and thinking that Vincent is the one demanding for him to pull the trigger he's clearly impatient to let her die.
βI'M DONE PLAYING GAMES,, JUST PULL THE TRIGGER.β - That's the title of this drawing, saying that Steve tried to fight back and he got impatient. Taking in count that we can assume that he doesn't have patience and he could be one to do sudden movements / reactions without thinking first.
Talking again about the unknown hand ... Is basically confirmed that is Steve since in the next drawing there a drawing of younger (kid) Steve where the skin tone matches this one + "Mommy" and "Daddy" are terms that kids normally use to refer to their parents, when you grow you just start saying "Mom", "Dad" or other things but never "Mommy" or "Daddy" in other context that is not a joke.
Blood : The blood is currently from a unknown person since in the title of the drawing and the reflection explains that Sylvia is still alive and nothing happened to her, but if you see the blood can be either from the three of them. Due to the title basically saying that Vincent is an impatient person the blood can be from Steve trying to resist and not give in his plans.
β Expression
β Bright colors
β Skin tone
β Flower
β Title of the drawing
Expression / Bright colors / Skin tone : The expression says part of the drawing .... He's not happy nor sad, he's like thinking, focused on some thought while seeing the flower, the bright colors can say that this is not a bad drawing due to using yellow while yellow normally represents happiness or good emotions in general but as soon as you see my explication of it it won't be all happy...
The skin tone is the same as the other drawing, which confirms that is younger (kid) Steve indeed involved in Sylvia's death.
Flower / Title of the drawing : The color of the flower is very similar to the color of Sylvia's dress and the flower she has on top of her head + the way he looks at it with curiosity could represents that he didn't knew how that shot could have affected her mom forever - death.
The title is βFlowerβ referring to the flower he's holding, as you could see it's almost like he's holding his mother's life, something that ended up really bad ..
β Expression
β Text / Title
β Blood
β Lights
Expression / Text / Title : He's showing guilt, the expression and the text say it perfectly, he probably wasn't thinking what was he doing.
This is normally caused by strong emotions, when you feel like you're about to explode and need to release the tension in your body, you tent to do stupid things, this one could be a case for example.
He could have been stressed or just annoyed in general and he probably just snapped at the slightest thing that Sylvia did, instead of doing the job by himself he sent his son to do it, to finish the dirty work he should be the one doing it, causing Sylvia's death and probably making a bad relationship between Vincent and Steve.
Blood / Lights : As I explained a lot while ago, lights can explain some of the emotions of the character, this one red but slightly pale, as if the strong emotions we're leaving his and he finally realizing what he had done and how it will affect to his life and his son life.
The blood that is showed is clear from Sylvia, representing her death in his hands while making him show even more guilt a doing what he did in a rush.
β Expression
β Lights
β Flower
Expression / Lights : I don't have to explain a lot since you can see it already .. in the left side she's normal and in the other is worried, a reference to her "death".
As for the lights .... I've been repeating this for a long while, ref lights - bad strong emotions = panic, worry, concern, surprise, etc.
In this case I would like to prefer saying that she's worried but also panicked .... She knows what is happening and what could possibly happen to her since she can think and probably imagine it.
Flower : In Sylvia's design there's a flower at the top of her head, as you can see, in the post of younger (kid) Steve he's also holding a flower that it's similar and eventually could be the same as the one she has right now.
β What your theory then? β
Vincent has anger issues .. he did what his mind thought that could make him release the strong that in this case I put : anger.
Plus, as if you take common examples, adults normally repeat how they are raised so taking this in count we can say that he probably could have a different type of release anger instead of (for example) going for a walk, vent to someone, etc. He might have a problem expressing his anger in physical and psychological aggression, making all the points noted above make sense. Killing someone? Manipulation? That probably make him feel better until his rational part realized what he did and finally felt guilty about his actions.
Anyways, remember this is just a theory and nothing of this is canon, I did this for my own reasons and the creator didn't helped me to write all of this so this is not canon unless the creator confirms it.
Now that this is the end ... Thank you for read this!! I'll update this when Boxzee posts the next drawing so be attentive because this post will have changes!
