This is the creation of Mr. Jumpmouse (William the Plumberhog Concept)

Design 1. Has light brown fur, orange overalls, light blue shirt, orange cap with “Mr. J” on his emblem, light gray gloves, white socks, and light brown soles on his brown shoes. Oh, and don’t forget he had whiskers and his mustache.

Design 2. Keeps the same emblem but the mustache is a bit bigger, the spikes are a bit sharper, he has rose red overalls, sky blue shirt, navy blue cap and chestnut shoes.

Final Design: This design is identical. His emblem replaces “Mr. J” with “W”, his mustache resembles Mario’s but has 5 curved segments on it, his quills are larger, has red shirt, sky blue overalls, white gloves, chestnut belly, muzzle, and inner ear. Don’t forget the brown shoes, white soles, and a golden shoe buckle and his whiskers disappeared,
