We back at it, also 2 years of yap and yell is almost here so hip hip hooray for that i do have plans for that so stay tuned for tomorrow.
First, Valaries rooms textures are done and were now moving to getting props and lighting done. Im not gonna show it for now but when its done you will see it in teasers or gameplay clips
Secondly, with me now in the final areas of the PwP vrc stuff i have a lot more time to work on Louder. I been writing down ideas and been getting some feedback on what made Yap and Yell so charming and fun looking. I have decided that the game will get beautified in the form of its lighting and presentation. Its going to give the game a warm look to it which does benefit it compared to the dark cold look before it. You all will like it when i show off some examples.
Third and finally i just wanna update y'all on our progress with the game as a whole, this is long so get ready. We have the whole idea down for the game now, its set in stone. But unfortunately with me wanting to be sure this game is as good as i can get it, its gonna have to change a lot. Cameras being redone and characters being retextured by the amazing Mega, the Office being redone by me, script changes, theme changes, and recodes. Right now it seems like were at square 1, when in fact we are at square 1.5. I have the final plan, no more changes after this i swear, you can quote me on this if i don't keep my promise. Not to mention the coding i done so many times its easy to keep redoing and improving on. The only thing that isn't changing are the character models, they are perfect as is in terms of shape and design and i feel its not worth changing them (Also means Star doesn't have to suffer much before we work on Eidolon).
In terms of the pace its slow, I do not rush anyone to finish things as i operate on a "Get it done in some time but take your time" style development, which means it gives everyone less worry on finishing something. But with this comes it taking quite a bit for stuff to get finished, meaning I sometimes cant develop parts of the game without those assets. But in the end it leads to the most high quality result from everyone working on the game. I think you all deserve a high quality game for sticking through all the bullshit that was the beginning of 2024, so thats all i have to say on this topic.

been redoing the menus recently, thought there design was too boring. As a sorry for some silence here is a wip of the menu changes right now.

1. Clickteam now cant tell me i dont have enough memory 2. The settings are being worked on atm and honestly i might push just the settings screen out as a separate update from the new AI mechanics (since it includes a patch that the game needs rn).
