Made a web browser version of Dragon Ball Scratch so you can play it without downloading

though do note that the save data seem to be seperate between downloded version and web version

It has been a while again but im currently basically remaking most of the code so its more optimized and less confusing for me to add stuff also spooky scary goku

I lost all motivation to work on the next update because the next update was blown out of proportion (was like 25 different changes / additions when i started working on the update last year) might revert some of the bigger changes and see if i get some.
