neko the cat ^^ she's an 18 years old cat with electric powers, and the rings on her arms allow her to shape shift to anyone, she can be seductive at times just as rouge and she's very smart, she mostly loves to go to adventures to find new things, sometimes even with her team but mostly she works alone.

Fun fact : the rings on her wrists and the ones she has on her belt are inspired by shadow, to keep her powers under control.

Talent : she's pretty good at parkour. She trained on that since in case of missions or fights

Backstory : neko was a creation by Doctor eggman, to defeat sonic the hedgehog and his friends, he wanted to create something similar as his grandfather gerald did so he created neko, neko didn't know her purpose when she was born and she thought that taking over the world isn't the right thing to do, and that it's her life and nobody can control her, so she decided to just become an anti-hero, she sometimes fights evil too but mostly does what's best for her, she then left eggman's base and decided to move on by herself, she couldn't control her electric powers at first but after practicing, she's now ready for anything and won't let anyone stands against her.
