Introduction to Insanity System
Through out each match you will find your health draining after you have killed someone. When you kill your insanity level increases and as a result your health drains based on your insanity level.

The Neuro Zeppelin
The characters in this game has a weird sort of head goggles installed to their face called Neuro Zeppelin, that aids the player’s vision by highlighting loot when near and also works as a health indicator showing multiple colors respectively based on their health. Red indicating low health and Cyan indicating unaffected health. A side effect of using this is the more you kill your mental state increases and cause health drainage.

How to Maintain Insanity
Through out the level you will find loots such as painkillers and bandages. Each of which help maintain your insanity and health level. Using painkillers will drain insanity level. Take enough pain killers to make your insanity level zero. After your health stops draining , use the bandages you have looted to increase your health.
