Maniac Mania Recoded DEMO Patch v1.03


Good afternoon people, been working since this morning to get this patch ready, strap yourselves in, this one is quite large.

  • Accurate time will now display under the current hour, like the OG game.

  • All mask characters have been nerfed, FNaS 2 characters by 30 frames (Half a second), FNaS 3 by 10 frames.

  • Phantoms Softlocking you should be fixed now, I hope, Idk I can't replicate it but I added a check to prevent weird stuff.

  • All the tabs will remain invisible until the mouse is lifted up. This will help people who keep accidently going into the wrong place/accidently opening/closing the cameras after hovering over the tab/Putting the mask on and off by mistake.

  • Looking up and going under the desk will now stop Luigikid while he is in the office, before you needed to leave the desk for him to leave, which was not what I intended.

  • Luigikid leaving the office will not cause him to have a 100% chance to appear in the cameras.

  • All mask characters have been slightly improved programming wise, this also prevents that weird bug with Toy Mario and Toy Yoshi appearing while the mask is off, I hope.

  • Toymare no longer plays his soundcue again when you push him back from Stage 2 ceiling vent.

That's all, I hope this makes the DEMO more enjoyable, I am unsure if this will be the last patch but if all goes well, it will be.

I made a props tab for the Cursed mario Avatar and noticed that all I did was give him a mic, I wonder what else I should give him.

On a similar note, I wonder if props should disappear when you go invisible, I mean, they are not apart of the ghost, no?

I love how now I have the ability to look at avatars in VRChat that I feel like could use extra things and go "Wait, I can just do it myself" now that I actually learnt how to make avatars from scratch over the last week.
