Maniac Mania Recoded DEMO Patch v1.04 (Likely the last one)


Here we are, the final update. (I hope)

  • Fixed Toymares leaving sound cue not playing.

  • Added the minimize box (Why did I remove it in the first place?)

  • You can now use ALT + Enter to go into fullscreen.

  • Tried to fix the Phantom bug, AGAIN.

  • Added The Fullscreen objects in the Ending and Credits, dunno why they were missing.

  • Possibly fixed Nightmare Golden Sonic's light mechanic sometimes not working.

  • Changed MX's sprites to have fingernails, more accurate to the actual design.

  • Updated MX during gameplay a little bit, added more sounds.

  • Revamped the desk! I have now made it so you now have to press space bar to enter the desk, so you don't mess up with the tabs! Also you can press space to leave the desk too! This make take some time to adust too however.

  • Made Mask and Camera buttons bigger.

  • Mask animation is slightly faster to make it look smoother.

  • Fixed a bug where Taingle would leave without the mask being on when they are in the left vent.

  • Made it so you can open the cam quicker when taking the mask off to keep the flow of the game fluid.

I made a props tab for the Cursed mario Avatar and noticed that all I did was give him a mic, I wonder what else I should give him.

On a similar note, I wonder if props should disappear when you go invisible, I mean, they are not apart of the ghost, no?

Did a first public VRChat avatar, nice to see other people using it!

I AI upscaled Marios textures to 4k and it's the weirdest looking thing, I've undone it cuz it's well, AI upscaled textures but hey it looked cool in the moment.

Maniac Mania Recoded - Still not 100% ready! But the game is complete.

First time using Spotify.

I love how now I have the ability to look at avatars in VRChat that I feel like could use extra things and go "Wait, I can just do it myself" now that I actually learnt how to make avatars from scratch over the last week.

Maniac Mania Recoded - We need more time to make sure it's as best as it can be!

Some users on VRChat gave some feedback about Luigis "stretched" state, so I improved it!
