Mansion Update


Ehi Guys!

Sorry for not updating for two weeks but i’ve been working really hard on this next world and have been encountering some problems with it.

Assets:

First of all working on all the needed assets is being a chore.
I’m not a graphical artist, i have maybe all the skillsets necessary to create a game but the ones that concern graphical arts so i’m really improvising when it comes to this, both looking for free assets on the Unity asset store and doing stuff by myself if i can’t find what i need.
Bear with me i’m making do with what i have.

Performance issues:

For some strange reasons this world, which is the smallest i made so far is encountering performance issues.
Most of the work right now involves building the level so as soon as i’m finished with that i’m going to run an optimization “tour de force” to make sure everything works fine and smooth.
The real problem is: i don’t have a really modern PC. I’m working on a 7 years old computer that suffers a lot when the scene starts to take form, which slows my work down even more.
