My right arm is in a lot of pain: sharp, radiating, and centered at the inner elbow. It’s something I’ve felt before, but this time it’s louder. I’ve wrapped it in care, elevated it, and listened deeply. I’m not going to the hospital. That’s a choice I’ve made with full awareness. I’m tending to it with rest, ritual, and softness. If I go quiet, know that I’m in the process of healing, not disappearing. Cheers for holding space. I’ll share more when I can.
