The reason is because Lewis thought it didn’t make sense for them to be his brothers just because they aren’t the same species which I find really disappointing to do. To be fair, I did start out with my OC’s to be friends with my main before making them my OC’s brothers. It’s because I wanted to make it similar to Finn and Jake’s relationship from Adventure Time in which they are brothers while I know Finn was adopted by Jake’s Parents and was also meant to be somewhat of a Stuart Little relationship inspiration.

So I've played both Freedom Planet games and I gotta say that I'm really starting to get interested into this series. They're both really fun even if they have a huge difficulty spike.
