Hey all! I have another post to make, mostly focusing on the changes that are going to be happening to the current animatronic of the vents.
So in the retooling of the mechanics, Max is going to get a few noticeable changes soon. The vents will be filling up with some more uninvited guests besides himself, and to better accommodate them I’ll have to tone down the number of frames he takes up on his path. (Which means he won’t be spotted on two cams at once anymore.) Since having less frames means he’ll likely be coming to the office even faster, I will also be toning down his speed while in the vents to balance things out.
Another small little thing I might also add to him is a third path. Rather than go to your office the usual ways, he’ll avoid cam 7 and jump right into cam 3 from the vents. Why? It’ll change how the game will be played. You won’t ever know which way a character will go (outside of a few exceptions), so choosing to flush a character sooner could prevent a visit to a door, or keep someone from reaching the final move in the vents. (This will likely come into play with the rest of the cast.)
TL;DR- Max will appear on less cams but move slower, will have a third path that uses mechanics from his other two.
