History: Lucifer accidentally tainted his arm when the war between Lucifer and God happened eons ago thus causing him to split into two beings, one being himself and the other is Cletus Selvester, while Cletus was trapped in his own momd thanks to God as soon as he found out about his existence, Charles was sent down to hell because when the split between him and Cletus happened it a big explosion happened thus causing him to fall to hell... Charles has a second form that was gifted to him by God called Holy Mask, when Charles isn't wearing the mask Holy Mask can be seen only by him in his own reflection. (He also has a tattoo of a ancient scale called "God's scale of justice."
