A young American girl that can stretch her body, acting like a rubber (or like Luffy, Elastigirl, or Miss Marvel)

Unlike what a lot of people might think, I didn't get much inspiration from Animes as I did with Steve (so no, I didn't get much inspiration from Luffy and his Gomu Gomu no Mi) but rather comics/movies superheroes, like Elastigirl, Miss Marvel, Mister Fantastic and even Plastic Man.

The second character is introduced, if you are getting interested in the history, so am I! I like her design, I thought of a more comfortable gymnastic suit because of her power, which needs to also make the suit stretch when she stretches.
