Im not joking.

So for context, my parents divorced 2 years ago, and dad took my cat milo since we couldnt have him living where we moved.

BUT

the law changed, and now landlords CANNOT deny peolple the right to have a pet in their home unless its for a viable, legal reason

My mom teased me about an "important present" a day or two earlier, and i didnt even think it would be THAT important.

BY GOD IT WAS SO IMPORTANT

When i got it i thanked her and said i would take it to my dads next week.

Then my mom just said "you can give it to milo for when he comes home."

She had to repeat it a few times cause the meaning went STRAIGHT OVER MY HEAD

But when i actually realised what she meant

I cried

No present i have ever gotten has ever made me cry before.

This was the best christmas i could have asked for.

By the way we got multiple collars because milo loses them a lot lol
