Two radical, fun-loving party dudes who are the youngest out of a team of mutant anthrophomortic animals (The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and the Battletoads) and seem just like fun lil goofballs (which they kinda are) but can still put up a decent fight if so desired. Both of them became what they are today thanks to a certain event, which also involved their buddies (the turtles were originally normal infant turtles who were hit with a mysterious ooze, turning them more humanoid, while the Battletoads were originally human playtesters who got sucked into another planet and turned into the Battletoads).
