Mister Blue is an OC inspired by William Afton's "Purple Guy" appearance, but unlike Afton, he's a genuinely nice guy who just wants to make people feel special on their birthday. He owns his own family friendly pizzeria.
He's always meant to be depicted in this super low res pixel style, even when standing next to a completely regular person. I think the style clash produces a fun visual :)

It still patrols its fields out of gratitude for the one that gave it physical shape. Somehow, its roaring blaze never spreads to the crops it tends to.
