Hi people :)

It has been a surprisingly long time since the last devlog! So let's fix that.

This devlog won't necessarily be formatted like the other ones. We are still hard at work developing up Night 4 at the moment but a LOT has been done already. So instead, I'm going to offer various changelogs that have been implemented, new features, and a *rough* estimate of how far the game's development is in at the moment.

CHANGELOG:

  1. Implement passive skills for clearing optional content - Done

  2. Various boss rebalances - Done

  3. Went back and fixed a few oversights that were possible in the Freddy Scenario - Done

  4. Rebalanced Trinket progression, essentially meaning that some of the more powerful trinkets like the Orb of Experience were pushed back to later in the game, making obtaining high levels in the early game more difficult. - Done

  5. Element rebalancing, making certain elements more obtainable without fighting bosses to get them - Done

  6. Experimenting with more reliable AoE Heals. FNaFb games have always struggled with making party-wide heals balanced enough so as to not invalidate challenging battles by spamming them over and over. However, as there comes to a point when bosses begin two-shotting multiple actors, we feel it's important to be able to heal the entire party, especially during battles against time where bosses can recover health as well. At the moment, we're making AoE heals more of an uncommon commodity. There will be some available for purchase, but they won't completely restore the parties; health with one use. - In progress. We could use some help with this, since including group heals is really strong.

  7. Game meets a 12+ hour threshold by the end of night 4. - Depends, most likely yes

  8. Created a game icon for EVE - Done

  9. Night 2 and Night 3 - Completed

  10. Fazgames 2.0 - Completed

  11. Pokemon Tournament - Completed

  12. Free time events throughout the City - Most are completed, some require expansion.

  13. Implemented text sounds as the amount of voice lines that would have to be done otherwise would be completely insane - Done

  14. A few rebalances to equipment, skill formulas, and actor passives - Done

  15. Night 4 progress - Roughly 65% completed. There are still three more areas to implement.

  16. Place a large emphasis on story elements as well as gameplay - In progress.

  17. Placed element absorption in the game as well, instead of simply nullifying damage, you can absorb and be healed as well. - Done

  18. Graphical revamps and more work done on the title screen - In progress

That's all I can think of at the moment. We will continue to bring updates as more comes to light!
