Hey all! Figured another update was due.
So right now the main nights are still in the works. The “multi layer” system is proving to work well so far, so getting in the remaining cast should be easier.
As for the main reason I’m making this post, I’m beginning some additional work on some more sound effects. I know I’m not a master of sounds or music, but I do have a decent mic and some objects to bang around.
As such, there will be a few changes to currently played sounds (and maybe a few extra “ambient” sounds too) to make things hopefully work better. A sound setup I intend to change for sure is the vent movement noise, which should add a bit of reverb, as well as an extra sound or two to indicate the difference between an animatronic entering a vent, or just moving.
One other thing I’m working on sound-wise is music for the minigames. Not in a state to show off, but I felt it was worth mentioning.
Other than that, everything is working out and I’ll keep updating the progress image as stuff gets done.
