More to add to my previously posted lore theory

No, I don't think you guys can shut a lore nerd up. I don't care that Lightfall was a major L in D2 history because there's still lore and that's enough for me.


Ikr that most of the major Psions we encountered in D1 and D2 are females (there are some we don't know about, for example Sizmic, The Net-Desecrator) and Nezarec is a male, but honestly

We've seen how when Auryx killed Akka, that's when Oryx came to be the Taken King, before that, Auryx, or as formerly called, Auresh, was a female Krill, just like Sathona (Savathûn) or Xi Ro (Xivu Arath)

The Darkness is capable of fusing souls (the Witness's case from the Season of the Deep cutscene) and apparently, gender bending (Oryx's case)

We also know, according to a concept artist at Bungie, that Nezarec is a chimeric fusion. Not sure how that applies to canon, though, but it's still possible he was once a Psion.

Then once again we know basically nothing about what he actually was before he became a Disciple.

Scene 4 is how the Forestborn died prior to the comic's start, the character behind the killing blow won't be revealed and isn't canon to Undying at all other than the death. It's none of the characters in my lores, too.
