Minecraft:

Way back when, I'd just gotten Minecraft PE [just after it was first unleashed], and had finally figured out that crafting tables were a thing after uncomfortably long. Quickly, I discovered the wonders of furnaces and glass, but alas! Night was upon me -- and I was stuck, in the wilderness of copypaste oak trees and flat(ish) terrain as far as the eye could see! Naturally, I climbed a tree so I could better see and fend off any nasties; however, standing atop the leaves didn't work for long. See, I didn't want to actually fight the monsters. I was spooked by them. Terrified, even. So, I used some glass to build a barrier around myself -- roof included -- so I could comfortably spy on them all! Ha!!! I even left a nice doorway in the cramped 1x1 space I'd made so I had a quick escape route. It was open though. No doors (hadn't quite figured out how to make them yet), not even a bit of dirt. So..... naturally, I faced away from it the entire night. Just stood, watching the zombies. I lasted 30 seconds until a spider snuck in and ate me. I was so well prepared! I was so safe! I even had the roof incase any flying monsters were suddenly added into the game, or there was anything I didn't know about! But the door! Bruh.

Halo Reach:

Last year, my friend sat me down to play a Halo game for the first time. I was terrible at it. It was pretty epic. I don't particularly remember what point this was in the game, but we'd just stormed through this giant facility/futuristic shopping centre looking thing and were racing to some helicopters to escape (or something like that). Well, my friend got to the choppers first, flew into me, and left me there! It was split screen, so as he was making a grand getaway, my carcass was just there... twitching. Because he'd gotten so far away and was in the air, I couldn't respawn either. Moments later, a crowd of NPCs trampled me. It was absolutely hilarious, but again: bruh.
