its been like this for weeks, sometimes not as much, sometimes intense af, sometimes its even bloody, i aint kidding.
im trying everything, drinking more water, getting more fruit into my body via oatmeal or juice, drinking less of my usual, the closest i got was last saturday when i had McDonalds and big cheese pizza and 2-4 chocolate milks, which somehow helped a lot and i was able to take a solid, but painful, shit, only for it to get worse after sunday, idk what to do at this point.
