When I was about 5-6 my dad had an old Sega Genesis console with 80 famous Sega games on it. He would mainly use it to play Mortal Combat I,II, and III. One day he let me try it out and I scrolled through the pages of games and saw one that said Sonic The Hedgehog. The banner picture shown for the game caught my eye so I tried it out and I was having such a blast play the original Sonic on an original Genesis. After beating Sonic 1 I found more Sonic games that were on there like Sonic 2, Sonic and knuckles, and Sonic Spinball. I didn't really like Sonic Spinball that much sense it wasn't really the feel of a Sonic game, unlike Sonic 2 and Sonic and Knuckles, I loved those games! I remember that it took me so long to finally discover that you can play as knuckles in Sonic and Knuckles and it took me FOREVER to finally master Knuckles gliding. Sometimes I would do 2 player in Sonic 2 and play with my brother and him and me had a blast racing each other in Sonic 2.

Later on in time more games came out and I tried them and there were some master pieces but every now and then there was a down turn... "Cough" "Cough" (Sonic 2006) "Cough". At this point in time I'll admit I was pretty much a fan-boy of Sonic and had lots of toys, plushies, games, art, etc. I even got to meet Mike Pollock who was the voice of Dr. Eggman in all the modern sonic games.

That's when my fan-love for Sonic kinda disappeared when I was 10, the day I discovered Sonic.EXE. I had watched a playthrough of the game (I think it was Markiplier's playthrough but not sure). I was traumatized for 2 years but then I decided to just fight my fear and I played Sonic.EXE myself, I still have it rotting on my desktop today. Then of course played more Sonic.EXE type of games like Spirits of Hell, Nightmare beginning, I even recently tried EYX and started to like Sonic.EXE more then the normal Sonic.

Ok enough of Sonic.EXE, lets get back to our friendly Sonic. I still like to play the classic games on my Sega Genesis and sometimes me and my dad do still fight each other in mortal combat. Seeing the 4 classic games rebirthed in Sonic Origins is amazing and I will try to make an art for Sonic's in hoping to win a copy of Sonic Origins but if I don't, hey, not everything you want can be free, and I'll just buy it.

This was my entire history of Sonic leading up to today and if you read all the way down here then I hope you liked it. One more thing, Sega, please take time making and improving the story and game of Sonic Frontiers, lets not repeat Sonic 2006 lol.
