Powers:

He has the power to rewind time back 5 seconds consecutively which uses a special energy that can easily run out, once it has been used out they can recharge it by sleeping, this process cannot be fastened by time control. He uses a sword shaped like the large hand of a clock and has mastered the art of Ki control, it is not the same as the "special energy".

Omega form:

When one becomes a Time Patroller they are given a Greek letter to symbolise their power based on the amount of "special energy" one is born with (a time patroller cannot change the amount of "S. energy" they have), the first letter meaning the most amount (the best) and the last letter being the least (the worst), Haro was give the last letter of the alphabet which means he has to work even harder than most Time Patrollers do. When a Time Patroller masters their time travelling abilities they can unlock a transformation based on their Greek letter. This Transformation lessens the amount of "S. energy" used and allows the user to move quicker within time (the highest letter has the best benefits and the lowest has the worst)

Inspiration:

Haro was based off my character from the game 'Dragon Ball Xenoverse' (I had to make him a little less powerful and remove his saiyan genes because dragon ball characters are just too op). The Omega form and other greek letter form's designs were based off MaSTAR Media's Omni Super saiyan.

Allies and Enemies:

Haro is part of the Time Patroller operation, they try to prevent anomalies in time and take down anyone who tries to change the past or future through time travel. Many people from different timelines and multiverses are recruited for example; Undertale, Dragon ball, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Demon Slayer, Boku No Hero, and much much more.

Haro has also found alies with the people in the timelines he helps protect like Tokyonovania, Yuto Kaizen, many Undertale Aus, different dragon ball multiverses and other multi-timelines.

Personality and Ideologies:

Haro is a calm, determined, self-less protector of timelines who believes in many things like;

• no matter how strong you are or what you have accomplished there is always something you can do to better yourself

• a warrior is not made to fight, we are made to protect, we should never forget this

• to save everyone you must save yourself and you enemy

• friendship is a part of strength
