My urge to do things alone gets in the way of working with others, like their projects & such

I'm just always scared that people make stuff in low quality in a way

is there something I can do to change that?
I wanna be able to work with people & help them


without fearing to get to over taking or that other people don't do stuff to good

do I even make sense here?

I mean my own work on those projects isn't that good I think
since I take long and don't really do much kinda
