Why does Nightmare Foxy from Five Nights at Freddy's 4 convert into a plushy when you check on him every time?

In Five Nights at Freddy's 5 we all come to know that there are 5 animatronics, but there was one animatronic that we come to know later on that was never included. Why did Funtime Chica never appear in Five Nights at Freddy's 5?
