neo charges for 2.5 seconds then charges forward’ he flys in the direction the camera is pointing and if a human touch’s him mid dash they get dragged with him being Delt 2 every 2.8 seconds and it ends after 12 seconds it can also be cancelled by pressing the button again

”LIFE DATA SUCCESSFULLY COPIED”-the overlord

neo grabs the closest human shocks them dealing 25 damage then throws them away replacing the ability with the humans ability he just copied’ even turn non-offensive abilities into offensive abilities

ability 3: thunder shot

”ALL LIVING THINGS KNEEL BEFORE YOU MASTER!”-the overlord

neo shiftlocks and zooms in as if Neo presses m1 he shoots a thunderbolt that deals 35 damage and slows where that camera is pointing

ability 4: cold steel counter

”TOO SLOW!”-the overlord

neo flashes white and if someone try’s to stun him he Teliports behind them and kicks them away dealing 20 damage

passive: super state

”COME SHOW ME WHAT YOUR MADE OF”

at the last 80s of a match Neo metal sonic turns into super Neo metal sonic’ giving Neo a speed and strength boost
