ALPHA > BETA CHANGES

SPANISH:

Ya disponible para descarga pública la versión BETA (además de todas las anteriores) en la sección “Descargas”. Esta nueva versión incluye correcciones y un montón de novedades.

Modos de juego:

Se han terminado cuatro modos nuevos y otros dos están en proceso, ya están listos: Caracol mascota, Templo, Caracol marinero e Isla perdida.

Mejoras:

Se ha optimizado el juego*

Sistema de logros* y agradecimientos en “Templo”

Nuevo tipo de agua y efecto “bajo el agua” provisional. (solo en Caracol marinero e Isla perdida )

Las texturas del terreno se han mejorado.

Sombras mas definidas.

Mejorados efectos de luz.

En clásico:

  • Sistema de atardecer (apreciable con sombras activadas)

  • En las rocas cerca de la cascada se puede apreciar como el agua las salpica.

  • Añadidos secretos.

En bosque extraterrestre:

  • Reflejos de las luces en el terreno.

  • Añadidas rocas flotantes sin gravedad contra las que se pueden chocar y empujar.

En Caracol Mascota:

  • Primer contacto con las físicas y texturas de cristal.

En Caracol marinero:

  • Nuevos efectos de telas.

*Optimización:

Se ha subtituido el sistema de desenfoque lejano por otro mas agresivo, gracias a esto se ha reducido la distancia de visión y el renderizado del césped mejorando notablemente

el rendimiento.

Se ha eliminado el efecto por el cual todos los objetos y césped era rodeado por una sombra.

Se ha eliminado el efecto de desenfoque cercano.

Se ha reducido la resolución de texturas lejanas.

En hardcore se ha reducido el número de efectos.

*Logros:

Se han añadido logros, los cuales se pueden ver en “Templo” tanto en inglés como en español, estos logros se pueden conseguir al llegar a ciertas zonas o descubrir determinados

secretos donde antes no había nada, al acercarse lo suficiente a la zona del logro se notificará en la parte superior izquierda.

Errores principales localizados:

Extraño bordeado blanco cuando las ramas de un árbol o el césped entra en contacto con el difuminado del fondo.

Algunos errores de sombreado.

En caracol mascota se ha jugado por primera vez con las físicas, así que pueden dar errores o extraños efectos.

Mejoras y cambios de Alpha a Beta.

Now available for public download the BETA version (plus all previous) in the “Downloads”. This new version includes fixes and lots of new features.

Game modes:

I'm working on the level up upgrade system, this might be how it will look like. It will take a while to implement.

Good news, right now a beta build of Snail Simulator 2 (2019/2020 it depends on when I finish the game) is going to be tested, and after a few tweaks is going to be released.

- New passive weapon (Gwen's knives), upgradeable.

I programmed it almost entirely myself, I'm currently learning Java and C#, and wanted to try something basic but fun on Unity.
