Cykul Hamir is a man who came from Russia, became an explorer, then suddenly got captured by the Bliterian Empire and turned into a soldier. He slowly rose through the ranks, due to him being incredibly strong as a result of him being in the Russian military. He became a commander of the empire, and works in the colder areas of Theia for the Bliterian Empire. He is incredibly passionate about his job, and doesn't care much morally about what he does in it, he just does it for fun.

He has a giant scythe, however, it is hard to see, due to him moving constantly. He also has immense strength, and also has heavy clothing to keep him warm, which gives him a lot of defense. If you think you're going to be in an easy win with him, you're likely wrong.
