Tephra Pykrete is a proto-halonian, who, just like the other proto-halonians, was created by Omnikoth to test the possibilities of a truly pure being ever existing. However, when Omnikoth wasn't looking, she accidentally wandered into Omnikoth's Library room. There, while exploring it, she found and read a book about Elder Blkoth, Zenkami, the sins they had done, and their motives. She had instantly became impure from this book, and she had decided to tell Omnikoth of what she had read. Omnikoth, shocked at how she had read such a thing, ordered her to meet with him, God, and Stardust at once. There, they decided that it would be cruel for her to be walking around without a purpose, as her previous purpose as a prototype for a pure being was taken away from her as she read the book. So, they decided that she would be the one who judges who goes to hell, and who doesn't.

She lives in Hell, and when someone dies, she will judge them. If they should go to heaven, she dismisses them, and sends them to heaven. If they should go to hell, she makes them go to hell.

Her abilities are that she can use lasers of pure heat, fireballs, teleportation, flying, burning anything by touching it (if she wants to burn it), and extremely fast speeds, as well as opening portals to other places.
