New mode

A sudden idea that at the moment seemed brilliant struck me the other day, why not make an option for the bullet to spawn randomly when you are playing with the One bullet mode on. So i implemented it and i actually think it turned out great.
And also to improve my workflow i made an leveleditor for the game which also turned out great, maybe even so great that it might become a public asset to use for the game and make your own levels, but it will need some more user friendly improvements first.

I also would appreciate feedback on the current abilities in the game because i feel like they need some work but i can’t test them enough to find whats wrong. I need a fresh pair of eyes, and ideas for new abilities are also appreciated
