Her name's Blair; we don't know how old she exactly is, but she was found injured somewhere outside of town. She can't speak, but she can change timelines. For instance, if you have a drink, say water, she could change that into coffee or something else, and only she and whoever experienced the chance would know about it. She doesn't know how she lost her ability to speak; she also started a zombie apocalypse by accident.
