Changes:
-Removed NPC interaction dev sensor level 2 act 1.
-Fixed some bytes picture is not showing up.
-Fixed in the main menu, when selecting a new save file using mouse input, the menu shows difficulty selecting for one second.
-Fixed earnead crystals in the result are not translating to the main crystal counter.
-Nerfed Foxy Charged shot.
