Then, if you’re added by me, you will be put into a chat with my and C00kie, we will be talking to you, to evaluate you 2 on 1.

If you pass, then you will be put in the Tester Group, where you MAY not go off-topic from any Anime related discussion.

That sounds really strict, but every group has swayed off.
