positioned sounds were a mistake
collision sounds now only happen if an object that is about to cause them is "worthy" (fast) enough (this fixes an annoyance)
there are no more traces of fancybox

added the first ever hazard material: lava
renamed plastic to polystyrene because thats what it is
increased the quality of textures
pressing F9 now screenshots the canvas
text object no longer appears with 64 pixels height but with 36 pixels (for 2 lines you need only 36 pixels)
