fixed the thermometer not showing note blocks, teleporters and scoreboards

the normal poppet no longer closes when you drag and/or click on an object
fixed physics objects becoming immovable when loading into a level in play mode (and also gave myself the ability to debug chipmunk objects properly)
fixed scoreboards getting cloned when going into play mode and back into edit mode
fixed being able to drag around teleporters, scoreboards and fougasses even when the game menu is open
changed the object textures (again)
