Surprise! A fresh new update for Tubbyland 2 Redux! Keep in mind that this is not the major update! Instead, this updates adds and changes things to make the game more enjoyable. So you can call it a quality of life update.
With that said, here are the changes:
General changes:
Changed the Display Mode from Direct 3D 11 to Direct 3D 9 to hopefully reduce lag!
Fixed some minor visual bugs in some of the menus/cutscenes.
Updated some text in the Extras, Night X Intro, and Game Over screens to fix grammar/punctuation.
The "Characters" text in the Characters section of the Extras menu now properly hides when expanding the image.
The Yes and No buttons are now flipped after choosing no once in the Game Over screen.
Night changes:
Attempted to fix the bug where some gameplay sounds would still be playing in the Game Over screen.
Noo-Noo has been nerfed: He will no longer move faster when his music box is on.
Laa-Laa and Tinky-Winky's markers in the Always Tracking challenge now flash when at their attacking pose in the vents.
Lowered down the volume of the Po action figure's sound when clicked on.
Dig Dug Changes:
The fumes system is no longer broken.
The fumes now charge slightly faster.
Fixed an error that prevented Dig Dug from showing up at the window(yes, he was supposed to be at the window, NOT the hallway).
The fumes bar is now slightly transparent so you can see Dig Dug properly in Cam 4.
Night X:
Tinky-Winky has been nerfed: He now gives you more time to seal the vent.
Tinky-Winky is now slightly faster at the start of the night(Normal Mode only).
Noo-Noo has been nerfed: His music that plays when he's close to killing you is now louder.
The "Eyes Threat" has been nerfed: It will now only switch colors on Difficult Mode or Custom Night X when its AI is at 20.
Fixed an error where the signal interrupted animation can play at the wrong camera for PT-12.
