Alright, so this article here is just me giving y'all a bit of a life update/rundown of my plans for this year, and you don't gotta read it at all, but if you DO end up reading it, I hope you can maybe get something out of it.

So, these past couple of days have made me reflect a lot, both for the better and for the worse. On one hand, WE'RE OFFICIALLY IN 2025 NOW!!! But on the other hand, it hasn't been particularly easy for me. For starters, I originally planned on drawing something BIG to celebrate the New Year, but unfortunately, I realized that I just simply didn't have enough time to finish it before midnight struck, so I was pretty disappointed with myself about that. Also not helping matters was the fact that I essentially went through an art crisis. I didn't know what to draw at ALL. Well, to be more specific, I knew WHAT I wanted to draw, but the problem was actually DRAWING it. Since the New Year's all about growth and improvement, I didn't want to just continue drawing and not change anything. That wouldn't be fair to you OR me. So as you can probably tell from the drawing above, I had to revamp things and essentially "rediscover" myself. It took a while (both from me having to basically draw everything from scratch, and also due to procrastination), but I think it turned out pretty well. Now, as for my PLANS for 2025... I honestly STILL don't really know. I'm gonna TRY to continue drawing stuff as I always have, but I've realized something over these past few days: I NEED to draw more than just FNAF stuff. I know I said that last year (and to be fair, I DID partially draw SOME non-FNAF-related things), but this year, I want to at LEAST make some more art that straight-up isn't FNAF-related at ALL. Look, you guys know I LOVE FNAF, but I also love a buttload of other stuff too, and to be frankly honest with y'all, I don't wanna be known as JUST "the guy that draws FNAF". While I'm sure some artists have no problem drawing a specific thing for their whole lives, I need to expand my range more. If I just keep on drawing FNAF stuff, I'll probably stagnate, and that's something NOBODY wants, artist or not. Of course, I probably won't be truly able to follow my promise all the way, but I want to at least make THIS clear: I will try my absolute hardest to draw more things this year that are NOT FNAF-related. Now, as for some smaller announcements...

From now on, I'll be using this signature to watermark my drawings, I lowkey HATED constantly switching between my "cool" signature and the "Weezer" signature, so this one is perfect for consistency's sake. Of course, I'll still sometimes change the signature to something else depending on what theme I'm going for, but for the most part, this one is gonna be my standard.

Secondly, I'm gonna be unfollowing a TON of accounts, as I'm 800+ followings deep and I need to trim that number down. Now before you panic and act like I'm suddenly unfriending everyone and all that, let me just be completely clear that this whole "unfollowing" thing will ONLY apply to dead accounts that haven't posted in years at this point. If you're a friend/oomf, this won't apply to you so don't worry about it. I'm mainly doing this just because I don't wanna follow TOO many people and have my notifications being blown to bits every single second, so it is what it is. If I accidentally end up unfollowing/unfriending you, let me know and I'll fix it ASAP.

Third, I'm PROBABLY gonna stop posting memes. As funny and as goofy as it is to send shitposts and stuff, I honestly don't really feel as invested to post one now than how I felt before. I'm fully focused on my art, and I think that's the MAIN thing people follow me for nowadays. I'll still most likely post a funny meme every now and then, but it'll basically be a "once in a blue moon" type thing now. Sorry to the 5 people who follow me purely for memes, but I gotta make sure I stay consistent.

And finally, I'll be completely updating every account I have on the internet. I'll have a new profile picture, new banner, new bio, the whole shebang. There's some outdated information in my bio that I feel needs to be revised, and I ESPECIALLY need to actually PROMOTE my other socials. I don't even know if y'all know this, but I actually have a DeviantArt account, and I literally only promoted it ONCE here YEARS ago and never again. That was a blunder on my part, so I'll get to that soon. Who knows, maybe I might even make an account on that site where the skies are blue? It's not a guarantee, but anything could happen... ;)

I think that's everything I needed to tell y'all, so if you're STILL reading this somehow, I just wanna say thank you. You guys have been supporting me ever since I first joined this site all the way back in 2019, and while there have been some ups and downs (lowkey there's been a LOT of downs lately, if you know you know), it's thanks to y'all that I even have the passion/drive to continue doing what I do: Making some pretty awesome art! I'm sorry that my whole New Year celebration drawing came a bit delayed, but honestly, I'm glad that I took my time with it instead of rushing it out as fast as possible just for instant likes, you know? I wanna take my art VERY seriously this year. To be honest, even after everything I've said, I'm still scared of the future, but I can't let it affect me anymore. No matter what happens, I won't ever stop being myself. So all in all, I hope you guys have a VERY good rest of your day, and I'll see y'all some other time!
