News about the 'ToyBox Mode' because, why not?


So, the ToyBox Mode is still going to be in the game, but It might be a separated due to how big the game could be.

I had already stated that ToyBox Mode is going to be in Toy Story Mania, but here's some more information.

Like the main game, there will be 3 nights. The characters will be based either on their concept art or just some alternative designs, or even mixed together into one. The game mode will probably also get changed, as ToyBox sounds like it's a free-play campaign mode like 'Toy Story 3: the Videogame' and the 'Disney Infinity' series.

The protagonist is going to be an unnamed character, whose a teenager by the way, who breaks into this closed off in-maintenance version of the ride, which for whatever reason, there were no security located. As you can expect, you have to survive, but there will most likely won't be any cameras, just having your flashlight.

Next up

Revamped Mac's model again. Added some normal maps, better specular and roughness, retextured shoes, added his inside shirt cuffs to the sleeves and removes the shoe laces (because I didn't like em').

Since I made the game-page, Ima show this WIP of the entrance for the park. As you can see here, it doesn't look scary at all, but it will be dark on the camera's anyway.

Progress on Buzz's Model has Started! Ignore the eye textures, I make the models normal first and then edit them. But, yeeaah, this game will take a while to complete.

Here's Woody's design for the Game. I had started working on his model back in 10/9/2023 and finished the model a few months later.

Upgrading Woody's model as of now. Had started this in June, but I had never shown a teaser of his updated model, so here it is! It isn't finished yet though. I still need to finish the materials and new textures and also editing his legs.

Toy Story Land's protagonist now has concept art! I drew this in the morning, and clearly in not very good at drawing humans. The character is currently unnamed, however she will be modeled soon.

Random test render of Woody, because why not? Yes, the render was rushed, but it's not really a teaser. Also, the model here is still in progress since the previous posts.

Woody's Jumpscare is complete! This is probably the best Jumpscare i've animated. Those Friend Inside Me comments are always unexplained, and I expect them here too probably. Anyway, i'll show a model comparison between Woody's old and new model later.

Making a PNM model for a project of mine. He's looking great! I also tried doing dents and it actually looks very good.

I went to see the Five Nights at Freddy's 2 Movie and it was so good everyone was screaming in the theatre!
