Originally there was going to be a very special 'small' patch for Alpha 0.1.X featuring the 'Kitsune Crew', but turns out that all the changes and fixes and updates I am working on, the update will be too small to be called a 'Patch'. So we are moving it to be a Major Update! Which will be Alpha 0.2.0.

So what about the 'Story Update'? It will sadly be delayed till Alpha 0.3.0. But the content being added in Alpha 0.2.0 will be plenty of content! To kind of spoil a small bit of it, not only you'll be able to try out 3 whole new characters (which they will have a lot of placeholder stuff due to them being late game characters, they will result in being extremely unbalanced and they have no bust graphics or facesets, but they will have skills and weapons and their own Quest), there will be interactables! (I was gonna spoil something else but it's too big to spoil so I'll let you all expirence it instead).

That is all I'm saying for now, there is quite a bit more than just that, but I think it is best to save for your own expirence.
