Hey hey everyone! I've been pretty busy behind the scenes with this game, so there's a LOT to talk about for Update 2.0/Chapter Two! Let's jump right in!
Tons of teasers and sneak peeks from the GRIMKITTY 2nd Anniversary Online Event!
If you didn't know, we held our first ever event for GRIMKITTY Productions celebrating 2 years of GRIMKITTY Productions! During this event, I put out a LOT of little behind the scenes photos and sneak peeks! Along with the final batch of song reveals!
Here are the final batch of songs officially confirmed to appear in a level for Nexitron!:

These were the final songs I planned to announce. There will definitely be more songs used for levels than just this few, but I did just want to showcase a few of them, for hype of course! Above is every song that's been confirmed for a level so far! I'm excited for a good chunk of these! Hope you guys are too!

Now onto some juicy news about the RPG game itself...
Update 2.0 and it's progress!
Over the past month, I've been working hard on revamping the game and making it MUCH more polished than what you see in Chapter One. So much has been added/Changed and I wanted to address everything that's been added to Update 2.0 so far!
New Movement, lighting, and particles!
I've added a few plugins to help the game look more lively and less flat! So brand new particles, lighting, and gameplay movement has been changed and added! With the new movement plugin, you can now move around way more freely! You are no longer restricted to the "Tile Movement" that's very obvious in 1.0. Feedback for this new change has been super positive, so I'm very happy about it!

And also we've added brand new lighting and particles! It makes the game so much more colorful and lovely! These took a good while to implement properly, but I managed to get them to look exactly how I wanted, and it really makes the game and environment feel more lively and beautiful!
New NPC's and interactive elements!
New NPC's and new additions to the world have been added! This makes the world feel much more interactive and alive. As seen in the image above, NPC's have finally been added to The Snow Lands! So many new cubes to meet around the Geometry World, so don't forget to talk to everyone!
Rewritten & Clarified Story!
The story for Nexitron has been slightly rewritten to be more fleshed out and clear! The story has not been changed at all. Just slightly altered so it can be a lot more understandable and established. Safe to say after some testing with Chapter One, that has been achieved!
Visual Changes to Battles!
A few changes have been made to battles! Most of them are visual changes, but the battle system looks much more better than the previous! (See image above!)
TONS of Quality of Life Changes!
There have been TONS of changes to the game mechanically.
All audio has been properly levelled
You can now adjust the volume by 2 intervals instead of 10
You can now change the master volume! (Which now affects the volume of Cutscenes!)
All the icons and art from items to Emoticon Balloons now use original art instead of Default Assets or art ripped from GD!
Much more is coming soon!
And finally... ACHIEVEMENTS!!!
That's right! Achievements have been added in-game to Chapter One and Two!! Will you 100% Nexitron?
So what’s next?
The fun is just beginning! Tons of exciting new things are being added to make the gameplay experience much more enjoyable by everyone! I'll be sure to update you guys more on future developments! I've got a schedule going and trying to be more organized! So stay tuned for more news! in the future!
