Nightfall at Mario's - Settings menu and Title Screen updates

Yo, I've been working on both All-Stars and Nightfall at Mario's on and off currently so I just wanted to show what I've done for Nightfall.

This game features a settings menu, one a lot more well, better, than the one in Maniac Mania, also you get to have a look at the changes I made.

Btw, would y'all be interested in Nightfall at Mario's stickers for the next batch we make?
