Nightlight: First Update

Hey guys! First of all, thanks so much for all the amazing feedback and support so far. It’s really motivating us, we really appreciate it! We already have a few plans on what to work on next in Nightlight.

Based on feedback so far, we’re working on the following things and hopefully have them implemented as soon as possible!

http://gamejolt.com/games/nightlight/249319

Improve the UI/UX - To give players more instruction on what to do. UI icons for the dream when you collect the items. More UI for the night bedroom so players know they can interact with things etc.

Add in camera orbit - We had this in originally but we removed it just before we uploaded the build based on previous feedback. We’re going to add it back in because we feel it adds a bit to the game being able to rotate the camera and see Patches from the front!

Make Patches more visible - In the night bedroom we plan to add a small light to patches so he’s more visible to the player.

Improve colliders - Player can get stuck in a few places between colliders that we hadn’t caught before

Thanks again for all the feedback so far and please keep it coming, it means a lot to us!

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
