Sonic Mania Plus (Netflix version) sound test tutorial

Breakdown: On the title screen, press “C SEGA” on the right bottom corner until you hear a ring chime. Then, go into Mania Mode, then No Save mode, and click the “S” icon. Then go to Sound Test.
