"It was me, Dio!" vs "It was me Barry!"
Yellow-clad egotistical antagonists and rivals to one of their franchise's most famous heroes (Jotaro Kujo/Jonathan Joestar and Barry Allen), in which they had a history or rivalling, who are known for their time-based abilities (Dio being able to stop time and Reverse-Flash being able to time travel). Both like to torment a family of heroes who they oppose (the Joestars and the Flashes), and even managed to kill some of them. There's more, but this is the briefest it gets.
