NOAH THE SPEEDVOLT (BLUE NOAH) glitch color pallete
Blue Noah is basically me with a glitch color pallete from sonic the hedgehog 3 and knuckles. And this happened due to a glitch
Appearance: blue Noah has blue fur that is like Sonics and he has red shoes, but the soles remain the same and including the socks and the gloves, and has tan highlights on his body and brown Irish and also had blue highlights on his arms
