Nobody understood the Lockjaw ice cream Joke image, so here's the explanation.

Basically, it's a joke about his name, "LockJaw"

There's a video of a woman who has an ice cream cone in her mouth and she can't get it out because her jaw is locked, So I made that image with Lockjaw with an ice cream in his mouth with his Jaw locked.
