Now that I think about it, I feel that Sonic literally contradicts how modern gaming is, and sorta the same with Sega most of the time


What I mean is that unlike your average “think of anything that people would call a modern game” and Sonic to an extent subverts it a bit, mostly I’m referring to like how Sega sometimes takes risks with their Sonic games with having different stuff in them, sometimes it’s an absolute trash fire for some, sometimes is an absolute banger.

Not to say that like all modern games are bad, which trust me there’s still some extremely good ones, even some that came out recently, but when I mean by modern game is like like the negative ones, which I think most of you guys should know what I mean by that
