Obsident is a nightmare, a falling reality. The place itself is constantly falling down. The main story is: this game is the nightmare of a night guard working the night shift at Fredbear’s Family Dinner. The guard fears the animatronics, and because of that, when he falls asleep during his shift, he experiences this nightmare. Canonically, this is why the game only has one night, the guard experiences this nightmare only once.
